Drip Filter for Degree Kaapi
- Capacity : 300 ml - usually enough to make 3-4 cups of filter coffee
- Components : 2 cups, 1 tamping unit, 1 closure plate

HOW IT WORKS
- Take and fix the upper cylinder with pin holes onto the lower cylinder.
- Add 40 gm (2.5 tablespoons) of coffee powder to the upper compartment. Press down the powder using the tamping unit.
- Bring 240 ml water to a boil. Pour half of the hot water (120ml) and let it brew for 15 - 20 minutes
- Add the rest of the hot water (120ml) and let it brew for another 15-20 minutes.
- For a stronger and thicker coffee decoction, keep it covered and let it brew for about an hour. Around 160ml of coffee decoction will collect in bottom compartment.
- To prepare the coffee, bring milk to a boil and add the 4-5 tablespoons of the decoction with 3/4 cup of milk and sugar to taste.
- Froth it up and enjoy serving in the popular South Indian way.
USE & CARE
Wash in warm, soapy water before first use and dry thoroughly. All parts are dishwasher safe.
