- COFFEE & CHICORY: This is 85% Coffee and 15% Chicory blend, freshly roasted and freshly ground to a fine size to suit South Indian Filter style brewing.
- 15% CHICORY: The roots of the chicory plant are roasted, ground, and brewed with coffee for a more earthy, woody, and nutty flavour. It also adds a darker colour to your cup.
- KAAPI: A strong & thick blend of this Kaapi is reminiscent of your college canteen days!
- HEALTH BENEFITS: There are many health benefits of chicory when added to the coffee such as its anti-inflammatory, it can help relieve constipation, and might help to improve digestive health. It's also rich in soluble fiber and helps in lowering blood sugar.
- MEDIUM-DARK ROAST: Darker in colour, has a rich and balanced flavor profile. Also rich in antioxidants that will boost your metabolism.
- DEGASSING: Degassing is the release of gases from roasted coffee. After coffee roasting, coffee beans release carbon dioxide for hours. The coffee bag valve, which is built into the packaging, allows for the carbon dioxide to leave from inside the sealed bag and does not allow oxygen to enter the bag which causes the coffee to go stale and decrease its shelf-life.
