Classic Madras Filter Coffee

What You Need
- 2 tbsp Madras Filter Coffee powder
- 200ml water
- Milk (optional)
- Sugar (optional)
- South Indian Filter or similar brewing equipment
- Cup
Step-by-Step Instructions
- 1. Add 2 tbsp of Madras Filter Coffee powder to the upper chamber of a South Indian filter.
- 2. Pour 200ml of hot water into the chamber and let it percolate for 10 minutes.
- 3. Collect the decoction in the lower chamber.
- 4. Mix the decoction with hot milk, add sugar to taste, and serve.
